ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS :

UNIQUE BOTTLES & DESIGNS molds are handmade products, molds can be different from the pic you see in our shop.The molds  function and way of use  will be the same also with different external shape. Due to the handmade process, the external surface of the molds could have some little signs of work or little imperfections but will not affect the quality of the molds. We guarantee smooth and glossy inside  of the cavity (in some case where we choose to make mattE or frosted surface to have a different look on resin reproduction it will be clearly written  on product description).

 

 

MOLD MAKING TIMING:

All molds you see in our shop are hand made just for you after every order and payment .

Some Molds styles can be available as ready to ship which will be described in the molds title as

 

 

"READY TO SHIP MOLDS ".

Estimated Mold Making Timing is from 3 to 7 business  days to ship it . This estimated timing can vary during seasonal sales or in case of large quantitY orders.

 

 

RUSH MY ORDERS:

-If you are in hurry you can add the Service "RUSH MY ORDER " to your purchase.

-If you need your order delivered  for a specific date please  get in touch with us.

-Urgent orders requests received  after 1 week since you placed your order will not be accepted .

 

 

ORDERS CANCELLATION:

We create every molds order just for you, so we cant accept order cancellation requests after 24 hours from the date you placed the order. In This case the mold making process has already started and we cant stop it .

In case of order cancellation we can send refund by same value coupon

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

-If you are not happy about what you get you can return molds or other products within  14 days of receiving the package. Please get in touch between this timing at uniquebottles2@gmail.com

-If you think you’ll like a different mold or size you can return or change the product within  14 days you received the pack, in same packaging and never used

- if you think the mold have some defects or is damaged during shipping you’ll need to send us a pic of the mold inside the clear packaging sent(molds out of clear bag will be considered as used and not possible to be returned) . In case  we notice  a defect from our fault,  that  can affect the mold function or casting we will replace the mold  for free or send a coupon of the same value .

 

 

RETURNS RULES :

WE ACCEPT RETURN  OF PRODUCTS WITH THE FOLLOWING RULES ONLY

-NEVER USED MOLDS,STILL INSIDE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

-SENT BACK BY TRACKED SHIPPING METHODS ONLY -shipping cost for return or change a product is covered by the buyer , please be sure to get any info from the carrier  at the moment you are sending back an order.

 

 

HOW TO SEND A PRODUCT BACK

-Get in touch at uniquebottles2@gmail.com within  7 days you received the pack, and let us know if you like to return or change your product ( we needs to know wHich product and reason so we can help you in returning or swapping with other products)

-after our message agreement you can send your goods back to us ,in same original packaging, never used and clean (mold or product)with tracked shipping (this cost will be your coverage)

-Be sure to use bubble bag or safe box to let us receive the goods in best condition as we do

-Let us know tracking code so we can know you have sent it  back to us

-when we will have the goods in our hands -in same original packaging ,never used and clean -we will get in touch for change with other product , coupon code or coupon  refund 

-shipping costs will be never refunded  

 

 

NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN- CHANGE-REFUND

-We cant accept custom molds back-

- We cant accept custom resin colour or other tailored work back: Our custom molds working method allow you to know exactly what you'll get during the process by confirmations steps. What you'll get will be previously confirmed by you .

-We cant give any refund in this cases :

-physical address is wrong, or if you move during the delivery**

- In case of missed delivery and the pack is not picked from buyer or abandoned on postal office**

**if the the pack for some reason  comes back to us, in this case the buyer will needs  to covers repeat shipping costs for new shipping.
